Took off the side plate to clean out the WD-40 (smells like WD-40) they coated it in for shipping. Replaced the side plate, and now the yoke wont turn smoothly. It feels like it's ratcheting against something. The screw isn't cross threaded or over-tightened.

Oiled up well also. I put it back together and found that is free as long as I don't tighten up the yoke retainer screw up tight, back it off 1/4 turn.
