Since then, it's been stuck in "Shipment Delayed; Delivery Date Updated" every single day (4 days straight) until last night 12/10 when it miraculously appeared "Out for Delivery" at 5:30pm. WebThey always ship with Ontrac. I am forced to call Ontrac every single month regarding their delivery practices. They deliver to various places including the side of the road, sidewalk, thrown in a parking lot, shall I go on . The supplier has to keep replacing my orders. Each time I call I remind them I provided detailed delivery instructions.
