It will keep the wheel at 10% until you either turn your PC off, or you disconnect the wheel from your PC. Make sure that you keep the USB plugged in. Still works if you restart or put your PC into sleep mode.

So I changed them all to be at 0%, putting gain on like 1-5% and stiffness to 1-5% as well and it's not as hard to turn as it was before.
