I have created an efhw antenna with a 49:1 transformer and 34.7 feet of speaker wire and used 3 feet of RG316 coax. The coax is turned 9 times around a ferrite core which helps with the SWR however I still get reflected power in the antenna. Im not sure what im doing wrong with this antenna. does anyone have any suggestions?
