WebI started with WoL and struggled to keep epiphany up full time which appears to be mandatory for the build to work. Basically you need 60% cool down reduction or the ethereal jade talon with the big time attack speed boost AND the rabid strike legendary affix. Switched to water ally build and I was absolutely decimating in no time.
