Almost all of the Browning pads I've seen have small "slits" where the screws go that hold the pad on. Just push on the pad about 1/4 the way down and you will find the slits. Then use a #2 Phillips to remove the screws. The stock should be held on with a large bolt that can be removed with a common screwdriver.
